what a joke

my daughter needed a place to stay she left her boy friend, she called me all up set said they would not rent her a room for the night, i called and asked to speak to manager, this rude lady said yeah for it, I said my daughter tryed to get a room from you and she rudley said yeah, and no go, I told her the police would put her up for the night, she rudely again said we dont do domistic vioulence,, they all promise nothing happens but we get broken windows etc...... I i was going to make a formal complaint and she simply and very rudley said well i am making won too.....my daughter went down the street to find a very understanding person, and is nestled in for the night........good luck staying there if you need help,,,,,,, wont happen there

How to sleep in your car in Craig, CO!

Avoid this place at all cost!!! I made reservations three months in advance and reserved it with my credit card. When I went to check in they did not have my reservation and they said they didn't have my credit card number either (I'll have to wait and see on that one!) They did offer to remove the belongings out of a room of a construction worker who had went home for the weekend... and then clean it (which would take 15 - 20 minutes) and then charge us the normal rate (makes me wonder if they would deduct the two nights from the guys bill?). They made no offer to help locate another room elsewhere in Craig. They only said that thet didn't have the reservation!We were not impressed with anything about this place. My estimate based on 15 - 2o minutes to clean a room that has been occupied for an extended stay is that the place is not all that clean. If you're going to Craig, CO stay at the Elk Run and cross this place off your list!!!
