Never Again!
By zilzim, 10/28/11
Don't rely on the pictures of this property. Our room had a hole in the closet and broken mini blinds on the windows. The set up of the room was very dunky, to say the least. The location was in a nice residential neighborhood but not convenient to anything we were interested in. You get what you pay for!

Wonderful place to stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/8/09
My wife is very fussy about cleanliness but could find nothing wrong with this place. The room was spacious, had a kitchen, AC, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The owner went out of his way to allow us the use of the breakfast room one evening when we had several visitors come over for drinks and some board games. We were pleased with the daily continental breakfast which consisted of fruit, cereals, breakfast pastries, toast, etc. It's located in a quiet neighborhood without the noise and traffic you'd get at other locations in Boulder. This is a great value and we will be back again for sure when in Boulder again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
By chrissy, 12/1/08
I stayed here with my 2 small children and wife. First, the sheets have stains on them. Immediately had Steve change them. Beware of the cancellation policy of three days. When you call, Steve will say that you can give a 1 day or less cancellation but the owner (some Iranian rude man) will stick to the 3 day policy. Stay away from this place.

Best deal for your money`
By Stachia, 11/23/08
Stayed for two weeks and was pleasantly surprised at the great rate, the hospitality was very congenial, the Innkeeper was very helpful, and his morning sense of humor was delightful for helping to set the tone of the day. The room was very comfortable and laundry facilities were clean. The use of the jacuzzi was pleasant. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Country Living at it's Best
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/23/08
Wonderful, quiet Inn with easy access to Boulder. Located in residential area makes it feel like home. Lots of walking, running paths leading to the beautiful Twin Lakes. Very dog friendly. Scrumptuous breakfast every morning featuring the Innkeeper's (Steve)famous oatmeal, fresh muffins, freshly-made fruit salad and much more! Very friendly atmosphere. Spacious & clean rooms. A very pleasant surprise! Highly recommended!

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/6/08
Twin Lakes Inn is so awesome. I'm a Japanese runner. So there are many nice way for run, trail and creek near by hotel. And It is easy to go to the reservoir. We can run around the reservoir. Here is so nice view and so quiet. Nice place for training and relax. Breakfast is so good. Owner is very nice man. He always has consideration for guests. I like here.

By edi, 10/13/05
What a pleasant surprise. This Inn is awesome. Large clean rooms nestled in a quiet residental neighborhood. The owner has absolutely thaught of everything. I loved my suite with a kitchenette. The big screen tv and dvd player was awesome. The fresh baked muffins in the morning were a delight. The owner said it was her pleasure to have me as a guest, The pleasure was all mine. What an awesome place. I will definetly return.
