LivINN Hotel Minneapolis North / Fridley, Fridley

The request for a non-smoking room was not honored. We were told that we do not guarantee that you'll get non-smoking. Tried to check in twice a little early told we could not as they did not know if the room was ready. When we finally arrived at 10:00 that evening the room had one king bed although we requested two beds and it was a smoking room that reeked. When we went to the desk they switched us to a room where the AC did not work. The room temperative was about 85 degrees. When we went back to the desk we were told no more rooms available, if we wanted AC we would have to move back to the original room. We did that and requested a roll away. The linens were dirty and smelled horrible. The carpet was stained. We were able to change rooms the next day. It was better, but the room was not cleaned and the toilet ran. We had to request towels at the front desk and had to wait for them to come out of the dryer. It was a quiet hotel. Not a hotel I would recommend.
