Rodeway Inn San Angelo, San Angelo

We have stayed here twice now within 6 months and are going again this weekend. Staff friendly, clean rooms fo rthe price its great, Will continue service with this hotel. Have had bad service with 4 star hotels down the street !

We checked into a room that was non-smoking and it had a lingering odor of smoke. Upon turning back the covers on the bed...body hairs, body fluid stains and dirty, nasty panties from the previous "guest" were there to greet us. The tub also had long and short black hairs in it...dirty counter space, sink and coffee pot also. No other room offered but housekeeping came and thoroughly cleaned the room and changed the sheets and the lady was so polite and embarrassed by what she saw. Never received an apology from the owner, only rude arrogance. Do not give this place a second glance.

Our experience was very good because our rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was great,customer service was outstanding, and this hotel is at an excellent locaion.

Save youself the trouble. I have not read any response from Comfort Inn since Oct 2005.It must be low on their list also. This motel does not do as avertised or promised

WAS NOT WHAT WAS PROMISED.WERE TOLD AT CHECK -IN WE ALREADY HAD OUR DISCOUNT.THIS WAS AFTER SPENDING 70 DOLLARS FOR TWO SEPERATE FARES FOR 7 PEOPLE. FREE SHUTTLE FROM AIRPORT PROMISED.
