La Quinta Inn Chattanooga / Hamilton Place, Chattanooga

Had trouble going through expedian but Daneen really helped us with that, She went over and beyond to help us. Very clean rooms and the breakfast was really good. We would definitely stay again!

My family had stayed at this hotel for my daughter's cheerleading competition back in Jan. '08. I was told the price was one of the cheapest than the other hotels. She was right about that. But the bathroom, especially the toilet, was so dirty and nasty. Nationals cheerleading competition was all weekend so we could not find vacancy at another hotel close enough. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at the LaQuinta Inn for our youth trip that our church youth group was taking to Chatanooga. I was assured when booking our rooms that we would have roll way beds available. None were available when we arrived. Also I was told that when I was making reservations that they would accept our church's check since we do not have a credit card for our youth group. At check in needless to say they did not want to take our check. But after haggling a bit they finally did. We booked 5 double rooms and the beds were not much larger than a twin size bed. The pillows were so flat; no way to sleep comfortable on them. The shower in our room had chunks of cracking paint around the shower, the floor of the shower wasnt clean. Also another rooms toilet wouldnt flush. The cable channels that were bragged upon on their website turned out to be 22 channels. When we checked out the lady at the front desk was working alone. trying to checkout people and keep up the continental breakfast. She was extremely rude to customers when they complained that the coffee was out. I will never stay at a La Quinta Inn again

My second night there I left the room for 5-10 minutes. I realized I had left my purse in the room and went back. My key did not open my room door, so I went to the desk and he reprogrammed it. When I returned to my room my purse was open and my wallet was empty. In 10 minutes someone with a room key had cleaned me out. Wish I could have seen more of Chattanooga as I had intended my had to go home that night because I HAD NO MONEY! The manager reimbursed me my stay but did not seem concerned about someone having done this.

Unfortunately, we had to wait while the desk clerk cobbled up a part for the toilette. Poor girl was working all jobs in one. The so-called suite room was just two regular rooms with the adjoining door unlocked!! Furniture and carpeting was dated, musty and needed replacement big time. Staff was polite and willing to help but they were overworked, understaffed and had little to work with. If this sounds like what you want, then I highly recommend LaQuinta!!!

We had sucj an amazing time at Chattanooga's La Quinta Inn. We were treated like royalty and they had such an amazing way of showing us hospitality.
