BEWARE!!!!

Checked into room, Checked out 20 minutes later. FOUND DEAD BED BUG on top sheet. I took the bug to front desk and asked for a refund and of course the first response was NO WE CAN'T. They sent a staff member to check the room and of course he came right back within 5 minutes and said " I didn't see anything" Come on! It takes 2 minutes to walk from the desk to the room let alone he really checked thoroughly. I WILL NEVER RETURN or do any business with BUG ROOF AGAIN
