Nice Place

From the moment we checked in, we were very pleased. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accomodating. We had a block of 18 rooms for a hockey tournament that was a few miles away and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the lobby area was the perfect place for us to congregate at the end of the day. Not being from the area, I was worried about the location but we felt safe and there was plenty of things close by to accomodate us. Overall, we were very pleased!!

Hotel staff great/restaurant food/staff very poor.

#1. When we first arrived, waitresses were sitting reading the paper; no tables were set up & it was 9:30A.M.#2. We asked 3X for water; when it finally came, we had no glasses; when THEY finally came, one had a left-over lipstick smudge on it. #3. Brought coffee/waited 15 min. for cups; when they were brought, they were"smacked" on the table as though we had asked for something unreasonable. #4. Out of sausage at 9:45A.M? Never asked everyone who had ordered sausage if they wanted anything else. #5. One person who had ordered bacon, never got it, but was charged for it. The staff swore it WAS on her plate. #6. There were only three tables; the last ones to be seated got their food first. #7. At the 2nd table, there were people who had not received their food while others were finished.#8. Manager (hostess) was VERY RUDE.
