Courtyard Detroit Southfield, Southfield

The hotel was impossible to find-so be sure to be armed with a GPS or a very good map. Don't rely of the directions from the front desk staff, who is very rude. We drove around for over an hour tryng to find the hotel based on the staff directions (incorrect names of streets, etc.)I have never stayed at a hotel with such rude front-desk staff-they were horrible. The room was nice, clean and large enough. We asked for a 2nd floor room and were given a 1st floor room, which was OK. Other request was to keep our party together, which they were very rude about trying to accomodate. The grounds were kept up very nice. No complaints about the room-just the staff was unfortunately very unpleasant. If not for the staff, this would be a great hotel-5 stars.
