Don't waste your money

Secured the room for a late check-in with a credit card. We arrived at 1:30AM to be told we did not have a reservation. We spent 20 minutes getting that straightened out with a very rude desk person. After we got to the room, the AC did not work. I called the front desk to ask for repairs to be made or a new room, they told me to call back in 10 to 15 minutes. Instead of calling back, I walked down to front desk to find the attendant outside smoking and talking to friends - I guess customer service is a thing of the past.
After about 15 more minutes, I received another room. When we entered this room the AC did work but there were two dead roaches on the floor, the toliet was backed up, the sink drained extremely slow, and in general the room was dirty.
We kept the room but I will not go back to this place again.
