Waikiki Village Motel, Myrtle Beach

My wife and I have stayed at the Waikiki 4 different times. Each visit is a pleasant experience and you are treated with respect and you are also treated as "one of the family" You can walk to the beach or stay and the pool or even sit outside your room. My family and I stayed at The Waikiki in August 2007. We will be staying there again because it was such a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely nice and very accomodating. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a nice smaller kitchen. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the hotel. I have a small child that is disable and the majority of the time it was hard to cross the street to get to the ocean. That was the only problem I had during my 7 day stay. Other than that , there is nothing to complain about. If you want a quiet , relaxing vacation , I recommend staying here. It is an older hotel without all the " bells and whistles " but it is very affordable and nice.

My husband and I stayed here at last fall bike rally and our experience was great! That is the place we will stay from here on out. They welcome bikers but also maintain a quiet atmosphere so those of you who rather get a good nights sleep versus partying until dawn this is the place to stay. You can hang out a have a few drinks and laughs with your friends but they just dont tolerate any rowdy people, thats why I like it!

We love it at Waikiki Village. We have been staying there at least once a year for about 16 years now. We have been invited by friends/relatives to stay free in some of the high rise fancy condos in the area but have turned them down. We like it there. It's clean and quiet and friendly, close to the ocean and other attractions too. We stay the same time every year so have met some of the other regular patrons and enjoying visiting with them. Most of the maids have been there for years also and are very friendly. Do a great job.The last several years we have been going twice a year and still always stay at Waikiki. Nancy does a great job. It's not a new, fancy place, just quiet, comfy and clean. Try it.

We have four children and it's really hard to find a hotel to fit all of us without renting a condo. Waikiki not only offers room for small families, it also accomadates large families as well. When we visit Myrtle Beach, we get a joining room. This is a ground level room with 3 full/queen beds, two bathrooms, two televisions, and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Our door opens up to the pool on one side and parking on the other. Great location and very friendly and accomodating staff. You can't beat the price. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Myrtle Beach, SC.

you don't find places like this anymore! plain and simple, clean and comfortable. you can't go wrong!!

We have been staying at this Motel for years and would not stay anywhere else. The owner and staff are friendly and always tries to make our stay enjoyable. It is a Family Motel and the price is right!!!!

I was there Sep.1 to the 3rd.of 2007,,. They were really nice and it was really a great room. MY husband and son enjoyed going to the beach every morning.It was just across the steet from the hotel.There was five of use there and we all had a great time.We can't wait till next year to go back again.

I like everything about it, but the hot tub is uncomfortable. the pool needs to be open longer.theres nothing wrong with the room though.The hotel is very clean and fresh feeling. I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have stayed at waikiki every year and we love it the rooms are clean and very affordable. The staff have always been very nice and have always worked with us when we have decided at the last minute to come to the beach.
