Baymont Inn & Suites Richmond, Henrico

i loved the front desk staff there two ladies diana and cassie they was so helpful to me but there is one guy there that is very rude my stay was terrible they have bedbugs i couldnt get wireless internet was very slow breakfast was somewhat ok pool was dirty just an awful stay will never stay there again

it was simply fabulous, the room were a good size and it was so clean. the staff was very friendly and very helpful. i'm on a tight budget this year and have had to cut cost, and this hotel was a great find. i will stay here again if i'm ever in the richmond area.

my stay here was great! the property is beautiful and was in full bloom! the room was clean, breakfast was delicious (alot more variety than i expected) and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. what a bargain for the price! i would stay again in a heartbeat!

Why on earth would they allow strange people hanging out in the lobby at night having vulgar conversations about women, jail, suicide, drugs... Could thay have given them a free meal at a local fastfood place to get them out? Who manges this place? Besides that the shower cutrain was full of mold, the shower water would not stay warm, the pool had a layer of film on top like it had not been cleaned or chlorinated. When I pulled up the driveway, I thought it was going to be nice, actually. 3 colonial type brick buildings, with a great location and pretty wooded surroundings. It was very disappointing. I did not feel safe there. Sorry.

I stayed on a Sunday night. Apparently a large group had just left so the room I had was away from anyone. There was no noise and I slept late. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful when I arrived. High Speed internet was great. Coffee in the room. The room had a large jetted tub, so when you took a shower you didn't feel like you were trying not to touch the shower curtain. lol. I really liked that. The only downside was the ice maker was broken. There are 3 buildings for the hotel, so I just had to go to a different building for ice. The building itself looks very old, but the insides were fine. The air conditioning really worked well, and for one of the hottest days of the year that made me very happy. I would definitely stay here again. If you get a chance and want some awesome pizza and mixed drinks, find "Bottoms Up" in downtown Richmond. It was the best pizza I have ever had!!

The hotel was extremely noisy late into the night. It was so bad that I was forced to check out a day early. I subsequently submitted a claim to you many weeks ago to recoup that night's tariff, but I have heard nothing on the matter. Please rest assured that I'll never use your booking service again for my hotels, flights and rental cars. In other words: You're fired!

We had a very nice person at check-in. This was the only good thing about this hotel. We walked in and saw two big burn holes on one of the comforters (our room was supposed to be non-smoking). I walked into the bathroom and thought this had to be a mistake. Our bathtub was filthy and there was a dirty washcloth left hanging on the shower curtain holder. I just could not believe it. The floor was dirty as well. We did not even bother talking to the front until we left. The young lady told us we would be charged anyway...we were so tired we left. I should have paid attention to the earlier reviews. Also, there was a lot of activity in the back parking lot that did not make us feel safe. Also, the front door to the hotel remained open. The whole experience was so unpleasant. We will never stay in a Comfort Inn again.

The convenience of this location was fantastic! It's right off the highway and on a major thoroughfare with restaurants in every direction. The front desk staff was VERY friendly and eager to help us with anything we needed. Our room was neat and clean which was nice after traveling all day. It was nice to have high speed wireless internet available and the continental breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn and would definitley stay when in VA again!

the hotel charge the two night min. for race weeekend even though they sold the second night when I did not make it in town. *** Will not ever stay at a comfort inn again

The location was wonderful, but our room smelled and felt damp. Our room was not made up, apparently housekeeping forgot about us. When we asked for clean towels and 3 packages of coffee and were willing to skip the clean up, we received towels, but no wash clothes and 1 package of coffee. The day before we asked for one extra package of coffee and the desk person had to get the coffe from another room. At least in that respect they were accommodating.
