Moonspinner Condominium, Panama City

I have now been waiting for over 2 hours on a maintenance man to come take care of our phone and tv that have stopped working. When he got here, he could not fix the problem because he is not a tv repairman. It seems that the tv and phone will be out for the rest of the trip. This is not what I paid for!!! When we suggested to move the small tv from the bedroom into the living room. He said we could move it ourselves. The Moonspinner is not as helpful as they once were!

Facilities where great beach was great! However the unit was over furnished very little room to move around in and the kitchen had very little for utinsels and a disorganized mess . there was no broom or dust pan and the vacum cleaner did not work. When we contacted the front desk they advised that the unit owner was responsible for the cleaning apparatus in the unit. Cleaned has best we could and then when we left got stuck with a hefty cleaning bill was not happy with moonspinner but had no recourse. will not return to moonspinner however will to the area.

I feel in love with the place time I walked in our condo. It was very nice, clean and well equipped. It was in a good quiet location for families. I didn't want to check out. We will do another family vacation there next year.

I have been comming here for some years and the condos are always clean and nice. I also like the location it is away from all the noise but close to the stores. this is a great place for children and familys. I have never had any problems at this facility its great

The Moonspinner is faboulous! Best Beach trip I ever had. This was my second time there. One of the ladies has been coming here for about fifteen years with her family. When we leave we start planning the next trip. I just can't say enough about the absolutely great time we had. Love everything about it ! Shells! Boy did we hit it right! We walked the beach many times , found a bounty of shells, Wonderful! Bad thing looking for treasure took us away from lounge time on the beach. Just didn't have enough time to walk,rest, eat, relax and enjoy. Lord willing,we will definitely stay longer next Summer ! Wonderful! OK, one point, wish you had a small family restaurant on site, then we never have to leave! We'll be seeing 'ya, The Ladies

My family has been staying here for 12 years in a row and it feels like a second home for us. The staff is always courteous, the grounds are well manicured and most of the units are nicely decorated and well maintained(individually owned means some are not as well stocked or nice as others). We always have a great time here, good location for dining, entertainment and shopping not to mention the wonderful beachfront! It is a definite must for "condo" vacationers.

we love pc beach and moonspinner!!!! WE STAYED JULY 28-AUG 4 AND THE MIDDLE UNIT 107 WAS THE BEST!!!!WE COULD WATCH THE KIDS FROM THE ROOM WHILE THEY WERE AT THE POOL.HOWEVER THIS UNIT WASN'T EQUIPED VERY WELL,WE EVEN HAD TO BUY A TOASTER!!! BUT OVERALL IT'S A GREAT PLACE AND THE PERFECT LOCATION!!!!

We have been coming here since '86.It is a great place for vacation,It has all the comforts of home and then some.I love it and come every chance I get !!!!!

There was nothing that I disliked. I liked everything about the MoonSpinner! The rooms was so nice and clean...The beach area was clean and the pool was also clean.

Just got back from one great week of weather, only problem is building C, several units had scaffolding located in from of the balconies. We were not offered any kind of compensation. We paid the same price as the others staying in Building A & B. I would definetly ask to stay in Building A or B. Not worth the price for all the construction.
