Country Motel, Utica

Room was very clean, staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with and the rates are great. I will defiantly stay there next time I'm in the area. Don't make the same mistake I did... stay away from the Passport Inn! Just goto the Country Motel, you won't be disappointed.

I love this hotel because it is in a great location and all of my family lives near by. Also if you have never been to Utica you must visit there is REAL Italian cooking not like any junk you have had from chain resturants. And the owners are so nice! This is the best hotel in Utica!

Owners are really nice and helpful,rooms clean,area quiet except for frogs,birds bunnies et al.,reasonable rates(check facilities in city) Our son (Texas)and his family stay here on their travels. Other family members and friends have been here,too. We will be back this summer. Save us a room!

We LOVE everything about his place! The location is fantastic,...just off the NYS Thruway, near many attractions & shopping. The rooms sparkle, & the owners just couldn't be nicer people! We have been there on numerous occasions & have recommended it to our friends & family. We'll be back again and again. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

The little old lady was so nosey behind the desk she couldn't comprehend that we were visiting friends in area. She kept peeking in our windows when we got back in evening 10:00pm she was hiding behind a car in the parking lot trying to see in our room she was out there in the morning just as well. the room was beyond dirty ,the floor was stained with god knows what.the bed sucked felt every spring in the antique mattress
