Comfort Inn Airport and Conference Center, Latham

When we arrived and checked in late at night (after 11pm) our room was propped open and we saw other guests milling around the hallway, going in and out of our room! When we called the front desk, all they could say was "housekeeping must have left it open". They didn't seem to understand why I would be concerned that my room was wide open with other people coming in or out of it. The cleanliness and condition of the hotel has gone WAY downhill in the past couple years. We were here two years ago and it wasn't anything like this. Definitely not as nice as other comfort inns we've stayed at. The bedding had stains everywhere (didn't look washed), carpet wasn't vaccuumed, wallpaper stained and peeling, junk stuck to mirrors/glass in picture frames. If I hadn't made a reseration ahead of time on my credit card that was unrefundable, I would have walked out immediately. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Hotel front desk people were very attentive to any requests we had, they treated us with respect. The room was clean quiet. The hotel provides Stay , Park and Fly for a small fee added to the room. the Shuttle was provided to and from the airport with the shuttle driver, helpful with airport information and loaded and unloaded our suitcases. very professional operation our experience was a very good one .

Wallpaper in room was peeling off the walls. Fan in bathroom did not work. Pillows were flat and cheap. Phone would not allow to call front desk. No heat!

This Hotel is located close to the airport in Albany, NY. You don’t need a rental car if your business is close by. They will quickly shuttle you to locations with in a 5 mile radius of the location. This not only includes picking you up and dropping you off at the airport, but to client sites and even local restaurants. The drivers are friendly, caring, on time when schedule and quick to get there if you call. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and warm in the winter. They have free breakfast in the morning and coffee day and night. Free open & fast wireless internet. I plan to come back in April.

The rooms were clean as was the bathroom. The amenities were basic and not fancy. The continental breakfast was uninspiring, basically prepackaged muffins, cold cereal, and some fresh fruit. There was also coffee and juices available. Enough to sustain you and not leave with hunger pangs.

I left a jacket in my room when we checked out. When I called about it, they couldn't find it and were not helpful at all. We can all assume what happened to it. So what your belongings when you stay at this hotel!

clean room, good breakfeast, easy shuttle to and from airport. shuttle picked us up at the airport quickly and handed us our car keys, great place to leave your auto while travelling.
