Would definitely go back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/15/08
You couldn't ask for more accommodating hosts. Both Joan & David are kind, sociable, pleasant & very helpful at all times. They truly make you feel at home. The rooms and grounds are quiet, clean & well maintained. The breakfast is simple, but fresh and the coffee is consistently excellent! There is a small, clean , quiet (but rocky) beach walking distance from the Inn. You can also find a mini-putt/eatery and foodless pub walking distance from the Inn as well. I would highly recommend the Tern Inn as a quiet & relaxing choice of accommodation.

Great Location, Great Owners
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/11/08
We had a great stay at the Tern Inn. Joan and David are very friendly and put a lot of love into their business. The food is tasty (they also have culinary backgrounds), the rooms are clean and each styled with their own flair. The beach is an easy walk and other great towns not far at all. This place is great to visit winter, spring, summer or fall. Two thumbs up from a couple who have stayed at a lot of B&Bs in New England, and abroad.

Wonderful visit to the Cape
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/10/06
Dave was an amazing host. Since we arrived late at night, our room was already set up with the heat turned up, lights on and a pack and play for our 9 month old. He gave us lots of materials to help plan our visit including many great recommendations and directions. The breakfast was delicious with muffins, bagels, hot and cold cereals, juice, tea, coffee and a hot entree. The location was also very convenient to both Routes 6 and 28 and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/05/06
We had a great experience at the Tern Inn. The room was a little small, but it was clean, quiet and perfect for our short stay in town. Joan was fantastic. She made every attempt to accommodate our needs. We would re-visit and maybe request a cottage if we come back during in-season dates. The only complaint would be no juice or tea offering with our breakfast. Great Place to enjoy the Cape and in the middle of everything!!

I can't wait to visit again!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/16/05
I cannot wait to go back to The Tern Inn! The Inkeepers David and Joan were wonderful, and the daughter Trish was very friendly and babysat for our children. WE felt right at home!!!!! Thte chambermaids were also very good, and it was very clean. The pool was wonderful, 3 1/2 feet deep, perfect for our kids. THe park/playground in the back is spacious and very wonderful for people of all ages. The location was perfect, 3 blocks away from the beach in a resedential neighborhood. the walk was about 10 minutes, and it was quiet and very peaceful because it was off a main road. So, would I invite you to stay here? Of course I would! It made my families vacation a fun, easy, no-hassle vacation!!!
