Sandwich Lodge Resort, Sandwich

We have visited this hotel for the past three years with our children,. It is a great mini get away. The kids have a blast in the pool and game rooms. We use this destination as a local get away in the winter, the indoor pool is great, along with the hot tub. There are usually many families there with kids, so if you don't like the family feel, this might no be the oplace for your trip. The hotel staff have always been very nice. If you are living here in MA. and want to plan a long weekend get away especially in the winter, this is a nice spot. Several dining locations near by, Stop and Shop a very short drive from the hotel, so if you forget anything it is easy enough to drive over and pick up what you need. The front desk also sells pool toys for the kids. Enjoy.

It was filled with little league kids and their families. We listened to screaming kids from 7 am to 11 at night. While the pools were opened the kids took over the pools and the parents sat outside the pool and drank. We would not recommend this hotel. I can't even give it one star

We had a blast at this hotel. My husband and I came for a weekend getaway. Nice indoor pool, great breakfast and nice staff. We will be back soon with the family.

Perfect location to visit cape,plymouth & other islands.looks is cottage type but rooms are so large which i never seen big brand hotel.I am going back soon.

This place is as nice as it get's in Sandwhich. Talk about location close to great places to eat in town. Not to mention a supermarket not even a minute away for all your needs. The staff was friendly and very hospitable. The hotel was quiet, clean and very pictuesque. Not far from Hyannias and all the main islands. Don't forget the glass museum. If your looking for a homey place to stay this is it. We absoutly loved it.

We decided to go on a last minute mini getaway in Aug. Found this hotel online and since it looked decent I booked a non-smoking room. After a 5 hour ride from NYC we arrived next to a shopping center. If you like to go to Stop and Shop this is your best bet to stay. It's right accross the hotel. Further more, you would never get lost in the area, because you just have to head towards the gigantic chimneys of the Power Plant, which is also across the hotel. I felt like sooo disappointed. We still decided to check out what's inside. At the front desk we encountered the most unprofessional front desk staff ever. We were told, that they had run out of non-smoking motel rooms, we would have to stay in a smoking motel room. I tried to tell them that my son had asthma, so there was no way we could stay in one of those rooms. I tried to cancel, when they told me that I should have done that a week ago, because of their policy. They can not refund my money. So we decided to look at the room. It was highway front, smelling so bad that my stomach turned upside down and I around right away.NO WAY. We went back to the front desk. They said they had suites, but for $40 extra a day. I was astonished. hjj,,,,,

Recently had reservations there, did not even stay due to the conditions of the room. My advice, if you enjoy clean, stay somewhere else.

We visit here from Spain. We like this hotel, very clean and nice. Everybody are good and friendly. We will tell all our friends to come and stay here when they visit Cape Cod USA.

We came across this Lodge by getting lost in the area. We were greated at midnight by a woman with a lovely smile who made us feel very welcome. We were booked into a suite, which was beautiful and clean! We woke up the next morning with complimentary breakfast and wonderful staff on the desk again. We were told what was to see in the village and surrounding area. We loved this Lodge so much and we will be coming back to visit soon. We have told all our family and friends about this wonderful place and we are thinking of having a family reunion in July 07. We would recommend this place to all and hope you share the same enjoyment we definately had!!

Upon arriving there and seeing it's location directly on the main roadway, I found that it was excellent for travel to all the spots on the Cape. Next door to the resort is the British Brewing Company, excellent food and pricing. Would definately return and visit them again soon.
