Customer Service?

Customer Service:Horrible
Due to miscommunication on the Huntsman's part, we were locked out on a Friday night stay and still had to pay. After they were told we would be a late check-in with no time estimated, lobby hours were not relayed and when we arrived after a very long drive at 11:10PM, the lobby was closed with a handwritten note, that they closed the lobby at 10:30. When I informed the lady it is bad business practice to not inform someone who already stated they would be arriving late that their lobby closes whenever they choose, she replied with "This is how we do things in Cape Cod"
I have worked in the travel industry and The Huntsman should be no different than the rest of the world. A smiling customer is a returning customer.
The room was OK. Difficult to sleep with noise outside through thin walls. Fairly clean. Basic cable TV. Very cramped parking lot. Great location. If you insist on staying here, make sure you get there very early for check-in to make sure you don't get locked out.
