The best place to stay!! The owners are fantastic!! They know the cape, and the best places to go, and how to get there!!! going again in Aug.!!

Yes, staff was friendly, place was clean (just opened for the season), motel built around pool, NO telephone in rooms, NO clock in room, rugs are bleach stained, close to beach - can walk otherwise $15 to park car at beach, coffee, tea and food machines in lobby, no cooking facilities in rooms. A tad cramped with two double beds. Rates were great but you get what you pay for.

We came upon this motel by accident. It looked very expensive . but we found out it was very reasonable. We spent our Aniversary there every year for the past five years. The staff is very cordual and helpfull. We love it there and we are returning this year for our 51st Aniversary.

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. We stumbled upon it several years ago and have been going back ever since. The staff/owners are polite, courteous & helpful. The rooms are clean and up to date. Not to mention the EXTREMELY short walk to the beach. This hotel is ideal for families with children that may need an afternoon nap. There is no need to pack everyone up & pack into the car. This hotel is also near Pirate's Cove minature golf & other great restaurants and ammenities. I would recommend it to anyone!

Fabulous, convenient location. Close to beach & main roads. Wonderful, friendly staff. Pool & other amenities available (such as grill & picnic table). Clean, comfortable, & affordable. Have been a guest for multiple years when I attend a conference nearby. Highly recommend this facility.

The staff were great...rooms very clean and comfortable ...girls were so accomodating and kept that coffee perking.Went back 2 times in 2005 and have made reservations for summer of 2006 The location was excellent and convenient..Short short walk to the beach. Can't wait to go back!!

It was absolutely wonderful! Close proximity to the ocean, the owner couldn't have been more nicer or helpful. It's very casual, quiet and just great. I can't say enough good things about it. My husband and I both had a wonderful time. Will definitely go back!!!

Everything was horrible at the hotel. I will never go back.
