Centre Bridge Inn, New Hope

For the price, this inn is just not worth it. Many of the smaller, regular priced rooms are in need of some major maintenance. Bathrooms are very dim with several water issues. Wallpaper and carpets are peeling and dirty. Lights do not work. Decor is sparse. Air conditioners are often on the fritz. The canal outside needs a major cleaning, as the water is completely green and overgrown. For the price of even the cheapest room, you would expect the basics to be covered. Not so. The workers at the inn seemed unorganized and were hard to locate with any issues. I will say that the food was good and that the bar area is very nice. Attend an event here, but don't stay overnight. There are many inns in the area that seem better taken care of and more relaxing. This inn caters to weddings, but cares little for its guests.

We spent Friday and Saturday nights there.Excellent location to tow path. We rode our bikes into New Hope and Lambertville both days to avoid auto traffic. Saturday afternoon we took a bottle of wine out on back patio, relaxing watching the humanity walk and ride by. We ate in restaurant Saturday night. There was a nice fire going, very cozy romantic atmosphere. Food was super! I would most definetly go back

It's been awhile since we were there, but the food was absolutely superb and expertly prepared as well as presented. About the only thing wrong with the Centre Bridge Inn, in my opinion, is the priceyness of the menu, but, then again, the food really is out of this world, so inveterate 'foodies' and gormands will more than likely smack their licks as they pay their dinner tab.
