Stay Away!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/20/07
There was a hole in the wall. The room did not smell good. We had a cot that we could not figure how to fit in the room. The desk person said "uh, I don't know". We ended propping up the table and chairs between a bed and the wall. Because the pillows were about two inches thick, my son used a pair of jeans and sweatshirt to prop up his pillow. We did not realize until 5 days later we left his clothes there. When we called the Days In, they said it was not their policy to call customers who leave something behind and they didn't have our phone # anyway. They did have our name and address. We never got his clothes back because they must have gotton "thrown away".
These were brand new American Eagle brand clothes. Anyway, I feel ripped off. The owner kept saying "it is not our policy...."
I hope you don't make it your policy to stay here since there is no such thing as "customer service".
