Milton Motel, Hershey

There were 4 people in our group. There were only 2 towels and they were stained. No cups or tissues. Toilet and heating system not working properly. Door would not lock properly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was always clean, rooms , bathroom, pool, etc. The breakfast was great. The motel was close to all the attractions in Hershey. My family enjojed our stay there. We will definetly stay there again. I will recommend it to anyone.

I came here to stay for two nights with my 2 sons and daughter while visiting Hershey Park. The man at the front desk was either cracked out of his mind or recently escaped a mental institution. You must pay before you stay and he WRITES you a receipt because hes too fucking stupid to print one out. I would have rather slept on the side of I 95 with a Grizzly Bear raping me. Homeless people dont even hang out here because its too shitty for them. STAY AWAY. there was puke on the floor, blood under the bed and sheets havent been washed for at least a week. FML

It is a waste of money.The bathtub had mold in it.You couldn't even use it.The curtains were falling down,refrigerator din't work and there was a big hole in the ceiling in the bathroom.When we went to go lay down we saw big stains on pillowcaes.Only1of the pillows even had pillow cases.We had to go ask for the other pillowcases which were no better.I would beware if you stay here.The coffee pot in the office for your coffee was really stained and dirty.

This motel was terrible, dirty, and the employees are rude. Our A/C didn't work well so they brought us a window one and installed it half assed. They didn't really have anything to put to the side of it to block out bugs and the hot humid air. They ended up putting up a piece of plastic and left our room. I had to block it more with a pillow and a towel. The pool turned our kids skin green and there were stains on the blankets, chairs, and floors. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but cancelled the other two. They would not give us our money back so we had to stay the first night. I was horrified. The pictures they show on their website are nothing like what we saw. Wallpaper was falling off the walls, refrigerator was dirty, and the room was overall dusty and dirty. Will never go back! Ended up booking two nights at the Howard Johnson Hotel up the street and that place was absolutely beautiful!! Stay there instead.

best rates and breakfast in town....the suite is magnificent...courteous as can be....delish bagels, fruit, milk, cereal, coffee, pastries orange juice etc. always stay here when visiting hershey park....

I was visiting Hershey as my kids had spring break. We found Milton Motel online & booked the room with 2 Queen Beds. We got there about noon time & they let us checkin gladly @ no extra cost. Upon check in, they also gave us a small gift package( had tooth paste, razor, lotion, cream, tampons, pain madication, granola bar etc). Our room was extra clean & updated with bedding, furniture. WI-FI was pretty strong, HBO, DVD player, coffee pot, plenty of real good quality towels, all quality product. Breakfast was fine as they also provided lots of fresh fruits. Location is great as restaurant / lounge next door ( very nice place). Park & chocolate factory were 5 min. drive. ( Pool was closed ..little disappointment for kids). One of the best parts was that they really had great shower & with lots force. House- keeping service was also nice. It was a very nice & comfortable stay & would highly recommend this place for all visitors in Hershey.

THIS HOTEL WAS VERY NICE....THE ROOMS WEREN'T TO SMALL, CLEAN AND WHATEVER WE ASKED FOR...ALL WE HAD TO DO IS ASK. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALL VERY NICE.

I would not stay at this motel. I received a price from the motel, haggled a lower price with the person who answered the phone when I gave him a price of another motel in the area - he said to me "to get you to stay here ..." He gave a much lower rate then the initial rate. I took his name - Nick- and I told him I would call back to book it. When I called back to book it - the same person doubled the price for the one night stay! It was even higher than the initial price! The person also said they never told me the lower price - I was appalled at the service and dishonesty.

Most comfortable beds we ever slept on. Our room was very clean & well furnished. Pool was also well maintained & water was extremly clean. Pool area is very nice except for the garbage container is a bit close to it. All the product they used were extremly nice. I think it is the management that cares for their guests as they were always ready to serve you & not ignor you. Breakfast was continental but many varieties with fresh fruits, cinabon, crossant, bagel c cheese, danish, juices, milk cereals etc .Location is just about 5 mins. drive from Hershey Park, chocolate factory with nice retaurant onsite. We could not have expected more. My husband was also very happy with the way they treated us. They provided tooth brush /paste at no cost plus they had this gift packge in room with Hand lotion, razor/blade(bat. operated with extra blades), tampons, hair band, a pack of ALEEVE medicine, snack bar & so much more. It was a great stay & most of all they had smile on their faces whenever we came across. I think thats what its called a personal touch. We recommend this place without a doubt. They say" Milton, the first name you should know in Hershey" of course it is Milton Hershey. Erica D Donaldson
