MY HUSBAND MY 2 SONS AND I STAYED HERE . WE WHERE VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING . THE STAFF , THE RMS. THE FOOD THE PRICE . THE STAKK WAS MORE THEN FRIENDLY , EVEN HELPED US FIND APLACE TO HAVE DINNER. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO THINK YOUR TO HIGH CLASS MAYBE MAYBE THIS ISN'T THE PLACE FOR YOU!! I MYSELF FOUND THE STAFF TO BE DOWN TO EARTH PEOPLE WHICH IS WHAT MOST OF THE WORLD IS MADE OF .AS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY , WELL WE WILL RETURN . AS AMATTER OF FACT WE'LL BE GOING BACK IN AFEW WKS.

Dirty sheets, unhelpful staff and a bit of a price gouge if they know your desperate for a place to stay

My husband, step-son and I arrived very late after 4 hours of searching for a vacant motel on a Saturday night. We called the hotel several times while in route to make reservations to hold the room and to get directions and my husband was impatent and rude to the front desk person over the phone, but he was so calm and explained the situation to my husband and directions and even addressed me by name when we/I called back a few times while still in route. When we arrived Bob at the front desk greeted us so nicely and stated he had only worked there for 9 days. He checked us in to a beautiful room with a huge king sized bed and the room was extreemly clean and tidy!! It was a very modern motel and we enjoyed our stay very much for the price of 150.00, which all of the other motels that we visited that night either had no rooms available or an outrageous price for one night. Great parking around the motel!! nice pool!! nice continential breakfast!! location was a little hard to navagate but with the help of Bob at the front desk you'll have no problem.

From the minute we checked in , we noticed the heat did not work. It wasn't until 6 hours later they moved us. The manager, Scott, was rude and did not take our complaints serious. Once moved, we were moved into a room with no refrigerator, which we paid for. Then to top if off, we paid with a coupon which the hotel refused to honor citing "manager discretion". I can guarantee you that neither I, nor the 118 people who work and travel with me, will ever stay at one of these hotels.

Very nice stay; hotel was clean and employees were courteous, polite, and friendly. Mike Gallo at the desk was extremely helpful and easy to talk with – he is a fine representative of America’s Best Inns. He made sure we had directions and suggested some great places to visit and eat. Thanks Mike!

My husband and I frequently stay at America's Best Inn. Because of its value, level of attention by staff and friendly atmosphere, for the price, you could not ask for more.

Everything about this Hotel was perfect from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. The young lady at the front desk had a smile on the whole time she checked us in, gave us directions and choices for dinner that night and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is very affordable and located right in Portsmouth NH near the seacoast and shopping outlets. During our stay we interacted with two front desk clerks and the General Manager and you would be hard pressed to find three nicer and more considerate people. A MUST STAY!

I needed a mother's break and hotel refused to rent room because I was a local resident However, I do believe that if I was going to rent a banquet room one may say yes. not happy in New Hampshire I will take my business to Maine "The Way Life Should Be"

We arrived VERY late one night and was greeted by a very friendly and accomadating front desk clerk (Kaitlyn). She helped us in every way possible to get settled in a cheerful friendly manner. the room was clean, comfortable and affordable. i would definately reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in portsmouth. you cant beat the the extremely wonderful staff they have there! the rooms could use some updating but they are by far some of the cleanest hotels i have been in in years.
