What happened to class and integrity?

I've stayed at the Sise in before and found it pleasant enough, but when I returned after a few years later this past November the staff first sent me to the wrong room, I then discovered the television (in the correct room) wouldn't function (although the staff member fixed this), and finally, when I received my credit card bill the following month, discovered a $15 separate charge that, when I called the inn to inquire about it, was told that the desk clerk had made a mistake by originally under-charging us for the room and so the owner retroactively "fixed" this. I told the owner that this seemed strange and asked why I wasn't informed of this before I got my bill. She didn't have an answer. I also told her that it would be nice if the inn, being responsible for the mistake in the first place, would have tactfully absorbed the small fee. The woman politely declined. None of these things would prevent me from staying here again but it wouldn't be my first choice anymore. Small details but ones that can make a big difference when they begin to stack up.
