The Crest Hotel, Sydney

It's an average hotel for me. We had a great time staying there during Christmas 2004 until New Year 2005. It's near Kings Cross Station so you won't have to worry about transportation. Or if you would like to view the beauty of the city, you can do so by walking since its only 20 minutes away from the CBD. They also serve good breakfast that costs around AUD$10-15. You may also eat outside the hotel since it is surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. Some are even open for 24 hours. Since the hotel offers affordable rates, please do not expect to be treated like you checked-in a 5 star hotel. Like what I said, its an average hotel so you'll surely get an average service.
