The hotel is located in the bukit bitang district which is the main shopping belt. the service was ok but can be improved.overall the hotel is one of the best in the city.

Car Park Full & People Smoking Every Way

Car Park Full We have to park out side and we take 20 minutes to find it ( out site car park) When I walk in hotel lobby I saw people smoking every way inside lobby / coffee shop inside hotel / resting place it smell terrible, I don't think I will visit this hotel again !!!

the parkroyal kuala lumpur is located just across times sqaure and only afeww miniutes drive away from klcc.the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and well furnished.i will definetly go back for a visit.

i like the location.. very strategic.. near to shopping mall.. the staffs are very friendly and polite.. 1 think i dislike from this hotel is the room is too small.. but overall i love this hotel..

I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO COME AGAIN SOON

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN THE CENTRE ON THE CITY AND IT'S HAVEN FOR THOSE WHO LIKES TO GO FOR SHOPPING. NOT TO WORRY ABOUT TRANSPORTATION AND YOU CAN JUST WALK WHERE EVER YOU WANTED TO GO. THE ROOMS AND THE HOSPITALITY WAS EXCELLENT AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT FOOD. OVERALL THE LOCATION, CLEANINESS AND THE HOSPITALLY I SHOULD SAY THAT THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE RATED AS A FIVE STAR HOTEL.

Everywhere within the hotel is spacy giving you comfortable feeling.

Stores for travellers get less than before. Swimming Pool service very considerate. Music in the hall at night couldn't be better. Fair exchange rate at the hotel counter. Concierge service good. staff members' English above average.

New Modern Hotel

Totally new Hotel from the old Parkroyal. Very Surprise of the new modern look. Understand it was renovated in 2004 at a cost of RM 70 million. Highly recommend this Hotel for shoppers for convenience as it is located in Bukit Bintang Area. Try the Hotel yourself.

Heaven in The Center

Despite the recent upgrades and renovation, rooms and baths are still dated. You could tell that this was a 5 star hotel at one point, but has since aged. Rooms are however, clean. When you call for rates make sure you ask for any special rates, otherwise, they will offer you rack rates which can amount to RM$600 and up. Location is great and there are many rooms with views of the city. Lobby lounges has a "night club" atmosphere, with a lounge singer there every night. It get's a little crowded on the weekend where locals come in for drinks and to listen to live music. A decent hotel on the whole. Try out their high tea in the basement for a malaysian flair of regional foods.
