Hotel Phenicia, Qurbus

We cant wait to go back hopefully next year! The food was beautiful, the location was fab, the entertainment and entertainers were amazing and you couldn't ask for a better hotel! thankyou to Dido, Mimo, Mike, Rio, Mimo and Didi, the entertainers :) xxxxx

This was the best holiday I have had for a long time. The staff were very friendly and the entertainment staff were brilliant! We were always encouraged to take part and it was an amazing experience. The rooms were a little old but very clean and I spent the majority of time outside. The food was great and there was a large range of foods. It was well worth every penny spent and I would strongly recommend it to anyone!

i really loved this hotel,the best hotel ever i really enjoyed it we cant wait to go again the best food ever very nice the breakfest lunch and dinner was fab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! very very friendly staff.beautiful swimming pool and kind neighbours i wish that i could go every year.the room was so clean that it was almost glowing,very kind good and funny room serives when u order pizza an chips u only wait for about 5-15 minutes and its always nice and hot.i was a half board and i wished i was a all inclusive next time i will defenetly get all inclusive.lots and lots of safe and nice swimming pools i went for 2 weeks and i wish i went for 2 months.the experince was very fun i want to do it again it was very very very worth the money. the beds were great amazing and comfy even though i am from Tunisia the staff speak in any languge french,english,spanish,italian german and much much much more :-) it was worth the time and every single penny i would defenetly recomend this to a friend i will recomend it it to any one at all.big nice rooms any not to mentian something great the clubs they are fabolous lots there was golf and much more my daughter liked writing her name in tunisian then putting glitter of every colour on it.she also liked it at night she liked the games and dancing,singing and playing with the children she liked going to the beach with the children.she liked the staff to help her ride the horse they had.this hotel is for any age 0 to 100 its great.its nice to see the children playing on the stage and u get lots of certifacets.my daughter got 5 and she kept them for a sufener she wants to keep it for ever. the food was not bad or not well cooked it was great the staff was so so so so friendly ther is NOTHING AT ALL TO AVIOD and NOTHING BAD the best thing is that it was in hammement I JUST LOVE THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service was 5 star the cleanlinliness is 5 star The location was 5 star and the value was defenetly 5 star no wonder its a 5 star hotel

My better half and are pretty well travelled and not very easy to please, but definately not snobs OR "Profesional Moaners". we looked at all the usual whinge sites before we booked and with reluctance from me I have to say, we booked and went, I think it was the Golf that swung it! We have no kids in tow so were looking for kid free (nowt against kids-been there done it got the medal). From the moment we left the UK and by the time the film and feed had done we were there, just over 3 hours flight time Bludy great! At the hotel in time for lunch and a cold beer which is very good lager, draft or bottle. Met at the coach by the Porters and bags ,,,, gone up to the room (from now on standard tip 2 dinar and you are already special guest). The restaruant is as pro whingers have said, very big! but hey, where do you put 700+ people to eat? Met at the restaraunt door on first visit, shown to you table (your table for the duration of your stay) if there is just the two of you they put you on a 4 table and try to put you with another couple of the same age group, same nationality... we were very lucky and were whinger free for the hol (great couples, great laugh). Your own dedicated whine and drinks waiter and dining waiter...5 dinar at the start and 5 at the end gets you Cafe Royal treatment! less than £2.50. The food is fantastic and we never ate the same thing twice unless by preference, and enjoyed every meal, no rush eat what and as much as you like, hot cold, variety, superb! and the drinks just keep coming if that floats your boat at meals, all self service, less drinks he comes to you without looking for him. Accomodation, just what you need, comfortable, usual stuff in the room, clean and tidy, well looked after by the domestic technitions 10 dinar at the end. well worth it! Pool Sun bed- never a problem, the lads come straight to you with the matress-2 dinar. Same drill at the beach.. don't be later than 1000 or be dissapointed. Activeties - Just about what ever you want to do on holiday really, plenty going on every day and a great laugh, get involved! Trips did't tough them however really good reports from all who did, wish we had done the 2 day trip to the desert? That one is supposed to be exellent. Markets no probs at all, but TAT! Taxis no more than 3 dinar to medina, 5 dinar to Yasmin. The wife loves a sunbed and a book - more than happy. I am not a sunbed bloke I like to be about and active, good gym 5 dinar for the day, plenty of activities, good tennis, golf practice area (exellent). GOLF... as good as I have played anywhere really, Cytrus 36 and a 9 exec course, absolutly lovely and challenging on both the 18's. £40 for a full day, can't wack that! I could go on forever, in all honesty, this is a first class hotel, multi national, we had great nights in the bar and entertainment lounge with different nationalities every night, those Russians can drink but lightweight! We will be back there same time next year... with some frweinds in tow? need to take a golf partner!? Get it booked!!!

we went to the phenicia hotel in august 2006 december 2006 april 2007 and we are going in 7 dyas time just me and my teenage daughter .We love it so much and the staff are so friendly especially ali seter and chico.the service ie xecellent as well as the rooms and the food.I Would recommend this hotel to antine and tunisia is the best country to visit im my opinion is a lovely place.

March 2008. This will be our 3rd trip back to this hotel which we found by accident in 2004. We have stayed there over the Christmas and also in the middle of summer, both good experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful the hotel is designed in the minimalist style and the food is excellent for a 4star+. Not ideal for families with very young childeren as it is a bit out of the way, but great for couples and others. If you go in summer, it will be very hot and a trip to the south of the country is a must, most hotels run the safari excursions. Brilliant chill out place, especially off season. would definately reccomend.

My husband and I are going to the Phenicia on Sunday for a fortnight. We love Tunisia so reallylooking forward to it. Just one question to anyone who has been do we need to take beach towels as not sure whether they are provided thanks.

The best hotel we ever stayed in on our visits to Tunisia. We have made over 6 visits to this country and have stayed in 5 different resorts but without doubt the best experience was in the Hotel Phenicia

The staff wre wonderfull , Food was great something to suit everyone. Very clean towells changed every day, and everyone was so friendly and helpfull. would definately recomend this hotel, very family friendly. the only let down was not so much entertainment for seniors or over 50 but otherwise marvelous value for money.

This hotel is incredable. The service in the restaurant area at lunch and dinner cannot be faulted. The food was amazing and there was something there for all ages with a different theme each night. It is without a doubt the best hotel i have ever stayed in and there has been a few!! Both the pools were sparkling clean and the rooms were immaculate. The only thing i can fault about the hotel was the evening entertainment which was not very entertaining.
