won't go back again

The check in receptionists were unfriendly. they also missed to ask if i want a smoking or no smoking room! when i asked to change the room to a no smoking one, i got one which was worse, i.e. it was rented to a heavy smoker before!!
The rooms need too much work, the windows do not close properly, disturbing noise coming from outside.
Rooms are not properly insulated. I Could hear the TV and the people talking in the neighboring room. I asked the reception to call the neighbor to reduce the TV volume, but he never did. The hotel in general needs refurbishing!
I felt that they do not care for a frequent guest (stayed there several times before) and tried to take advantage of my fatigueness arriving late to increase the rate!!
I was forced to leave the restaurant because they can only serve a la carte meals in the lobby where actually there are no proper dining tables!!
Therefore, i and my colleagues in the company decided NEVER AGAIN. I rate this hotel as 2 Star only!!
