Definitely NOT 5 star
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/3/11
My wife is staying there now as I write this. When I mentioned that I looked up the hotel to find their phone number and, though I couldn't find a phone number, I did see that it's billed as 5 star. She said, definitely not. That the carpet in her room is stained and dirty, that her smoke-free room smells heavily of smoke, and the overall impression of the hotel is that it's not as nice as the smaller, much less expensive one where we stayed. Then I had a couple of surprises. Last night after she e-mailed a phone number I called and could hear on-line what sounded like a computer printer. Then, now, I can't get through. Apparently their incoming line now is set to receive faxes!
