Poor customer service

During a business trip I was looking for a hotel that I would be able to park my pickup truck & trailer with ease. Finding many Hotels in this area, but most having a full parking lots. (it was around midnight)
I found that the Country Inn & Suites did not have many cars in the parking lot, so I checked in.
The staff were very busy talking to fellow employees instead of taking care of me, their customer.
I had a problem with the air unit when it started making noise around 2 am, I shut it off, but the room became too warm at 4 am.
I didn't get a very good rest.
I mentioned this to the morning clerk very politely, but I received no response, he was too busy talking to the other clerk about his x-wife.
I was just brushed off and they didn't even thank me for staying at their hotel.
Be cautious when staying at a hotel with an empty parking lot, when other hotels had full parking lots.
Besides the staff, the hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable.
