Holiday Inn Exp Stes Cerrillos, Santa Fe

Very clean, good room, no complimentary breakfast, though. In-house restaurant/bar was satisfying. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Was difficult to find off HWY 25.

This motel is a poor example of the Holiday Inn Express chain. The room was so small you practically bumped into the walls just moving around. The beds were too soft and had long black hairs all over them. Dust was hanging behind the end table and desk. For the price charged, I would not stay here again. So disappointing!

I love staying at this motel! I am a servant to the state of New Mexico and work for Department of Health. I was appalled at the customer service when I inquired about rates. When I asked what the rates were...........was told "Depends on the season!" I was then given an actual rate when I explained that I was inquiring about the present season. I was informed that the hotel was sold and the new owner increased the rates. Incredible, I stayed there in the past year with a government rate that was about half of the present government rate. Unfortnate, they will lose alot of business from DOH. I plan to get the word out immediately.
