awesome view...horrible ranch
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/8/09
Let me start by saying that Big Sky is a beautiful location and 320 captures that well. Other then that.......not much else is good about this place. I booked my wedding at the 320 june 2008. Between then and my wedding date their prices more then doubled, they got us with alot of hidden costs. Then to top that all off after we had paid a final balance triple checking everything that was covered the day after our wedding they came to us and said they "FORGOT" to add in some taxes and service charges and expected us to pay them $930. Yes almost a grand they wanted us to shell out. On top of all that I got call after call from my guests who had a challenging time reserving rooms due to being treated rudely on the phone. And they also threatened to charge some of my guests an extra day if they didn't check out in time. These things could of been treated alot differently I thought. This ranch is beautiful but expect to pay alot and be treated badly. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST TO HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE!!! You would be better off having it at the campground down the road

We left Florida and landed in Heaven:-)
By Jeffrey, 7/8/06
We just got back from a week at the 320 Guestranch:-)My family and I had a BLAST!!! We stayed in the Historic McGill Cabin, it was rustic and beautiful. the kids loved it. The SERVICE is EXCELLENT!! We did not want for a thing, if we needed something they were their in a flash. The restaurant was great, Christian was our waiter and he also was our private tour guide advisor, We followed all of his advice in Yellowstone and saw many Grizzlies, Coyotes, Wolves, Bison, Elk, Moose and beautiful BackCountry trail for free! Anna and Tora were our guides for our Horseback riding adventure and that too was Grand! Jeff thanks for all the Grizzly stories and the Hayden Valley advice, you made our trip special. Leaf, Nick cant wait until 2008 to go out on a Flyfishing trip with you, he will be old enough to go by then. We loved the Bonfires at night with the ready made S'More kits thanks to Christian. There are many things to do on and around the Ranch. the location was PERFECT!!! for airport, yellowstone, The Tetons, Jackson Hole etc... If you want to wake up every morning to beautiful scenery, wildlife and friendly staff, choose this Ranch. Thanks to Jenna, Patty and all the Ranch Crew and we cant wait to be back oin 2008!
