MANAGEMENT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR COMFORT

Management does not care about guest comfort and/or satisfaction without a sense of obligation to remedy guest concerns. And they were rude about it - as if we were out of line asking for another towel or to use our room between the hours of 9:30 & 2:30! They started cleaning the room at 9:30 when we went out for the day, we came back at 2:30 and the room was disheveled. No towels, bedding on the floor with missing sheets, pillow cases gone, etc. A beach going guest should be able to come back to the room in the late afternoon for a shower and a nap. Not here! We now have to go see a chiropractor thanks to the BEDS at this place - and there was no working light in the bathroom!! This place is a joke! Waste of hard earned money. Stay at the Hotel Hermosa a bit further south on Sepulveda. That place was genuine and true value.
