Description

Two historic mansions, the unique 1855 Spanish Colonial Leonce Oliver Mansion and the exquisite 1871 Greek Revival Victor Olivier Mansion, are part of this spectacular estate. Six oversized guest rooms are available in the mansions with each guest room having a private entrance and a private bath. The 1878 Claudia Valoin-deGruys Cottage is also available. A swimming pool and hot tub are on site for guests to enjoy and a continental breakfast is served each morning.

Penthouse Suite

The Olivier Estate is a must stay Bed & Breakfast. I took my wife there in 2000. The price was slightly higher than comparable rooms in the area, but then again, there is no comparison to this Family Oriented Bed & Breakfast. In the penthouse suite there was Licquer provided, Jacuzzi, Leather Furniture, Rice style 4 poster bed, Picture window with view of New Orleans skyline, and the "Southern Hospitality" was truly the finest. IF you can afford it, make this a must stay. Calvin Washington.
