Beware of the bugs!

We stayed at this motel on Saturday, October 14, 2006. We felt very uncomfortable when we suddenly noticed a couple of beetles on the head board of our bed. I killed these two bugs and thought that would take care of the problem. Later as my wife was falling asleep I saw another one had landed on her shoulder! I aso killed that one. They seemed to be attracted to the light fixtures directly above us. We were very tired and didn't feel like changing rooms and thankfully didn't see anymore bugs during our stay. At check-out I told the young lady at the front desk about our experience and explained how my wife didn't sleep well after the bug incident. She was very unsympathetic and didn't offer to give us a discount on our room for the trouble we went through. All she said was Oh they're box elder bugs and there isn't anything we can do about them"!
