great place, exactly where you need it. centrally located.

good view of the haram.. convinient in terms of distance.. rooms are good.. servise is good.. it would be excellent if the entrance to the building was more clean and less crowded, which i understand it is difficult to attain because of the shopping centre bellow.. overall a good experience

This is my seconde time staying in hilton. Every thing is perfect ,some time management errors in reservation overall i am happy

The only thing that we (husband, daughter and myself) was the closeness to the Haram Sharif. Period. We arrived at 2a.m., hoping to quickly prepare ourselves for the tawaf and prayers. we were confronted with a big pool of water from the b/room, which was flooded due to a leaky pipe. no towels, or toilet paper. i obtained it myself from the service people from other people's rooms, dried the floor. this is not what you get from any hotel. we complained, nothing was done or attempted.carpeting was stained, floor was dirty, hard pillows like a rock. overall the attitude of the management was - leave us alone, take care of stuff yourself. we were on the 19th floor, no A/C in the elevator, steps to climb to your room. dirty corridor. how can it have hilton's name?

I have tried several hotels in Makkah. This is absolutely the best. However, if you are a business man and wish to use the internet, there is no business centre, so you have to bring your lap top.

staff in the kitchen is good but top management in the kitchen is not professional specially the executive chef of the hotel.No smile on face only prefering toegyptian insulting the junior staff in front of us.

Everything is Perfect. The Luxury is unmatched . The Food is Excellent. the Staff is Very Professional . some times there is Huge Managmental errors in reservations

Like everyone else i agree it's basically the location! we cud even view Holy Kaba thru our window n it was enlightening to be so near Haram. u can walk to our beloved Holy KABA anytime u wanted, without worrying abt transport. Plus the rooms were clean n comfortable enuff. PS: An ideal place for sumone who's there for Haram e.g. Umrrah, Hajj etc. i didnt really pay attention to their service

I loved that the hotel was so close to the kabbah. I also liked that it was so easy and clear to find my way back to the hotel. I also enjoyed that the hotel had shops for food and clothing. The sevice was great and the staff members were very kind and helpful. Inshallah when allah swt wills I plan to go back again to the mecca hilton hotel
