Baymont Inn & Suites Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls

We were very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were very rude and unaccommodating. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you are traveling with a group (wedding, sports team, etc.) or even a large family. The staff allow very limited access to the lobby area. We observed the staff talking rudely to guests and actually yelling at one child. We have visited many hotels, but have never seen this type of behavior by staff. It made for an extremely stressful visit.

We stayed at this hotel and it wat great.It was close to shopping,eating.The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly.I would stay there again

I loved this hotel. The location was excellent. Close to the mall and restaurants such as the olive garden. It was very easy to find as it was right off of the interstate. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! I am actually looking to buy a new serta mattress like they have in the Baymont Inn it was so comfortable. Will definately be staying again! The price was a steal as well!

After checking the internet to see what normal rates would be for this hotel, I am amazed that the city of Sioux Falls would allow this hotel or any other hotel in the city to increase the room rate to almost double for a soccer tournament. I hope that I am not the only customer who will be using this hotel for the soccer tournament (because we had to) that is outraged by the price gouging. We are paying $140.00 per night for our rooms in a few weeks. Is that reasonable? I can see inflating the price $10-15, but not almost doubled plus the state tax and hotel fees that get added on. I dislike the fact that this hotel prefers to price gouge customers who have to stay on their property due to tournament policy. So who gets the extra money?? It leaves my family less money to spend in the city and to have fun.

This place is awesome. It is clean, quiet, has a nice indoor pool and is close to many popular Sioux Falls locations.And it is conveniently located next to IHOP for an am breakfast run.
