Hotel Cataratas, Puerto Esperanza

We were very happy at this resort, we had invited our family to join us for four nights, the hotel manager gave us 10% discount, the pool, the spa, is an excellent place to spend the day. It was summer and very hot, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is the best one in the city, ($100.00 night) and the employees were very friendly. Breakfast was very good, lunch and dinner (different nights � life music etc) was also nice, but there are other restaurants in the city. The last night we made reservation to this small restaurant, in the hotel and our seating was very late, in the process of trying to accommodate our group it made worse, because we did not enjoy and they had run out of some items, but the manager so that and gave us 50% off and two bottles of champagne, this was nice and definitely good customer relations. We would stay there again and recommend to our friends. However, be careful our credit card number got stolen - by the time we so the charges someone was having a vacation on our expenses - the credit card did not charged us - it was fraud). The only problem is that we used this credit card in only two places, the Hotel and at this restaurant in the city for dinner - which the food, life music, was excellent � will pay in cash or travelers check next time. (We are not accusing the hotel, but certainly someone who took possession of our credit card number in either place, and used it, be careful with your credit cards and how you use it in that area).
