Ozark Inn and Suites, Osage Beach

As far as I'm concerned if the rooms are clean one hotel is as good as any other. The rooms were clean and the heated pool and hot tub were great. The thing that makes this particular hotel stand out is the manager. I have never met a hotel manager who couldn't seem to do enough to make the guests happy. We were traveling and couldn't be sure of our arrival times. I called all the hotels we had booked to find the latest check in time. Each one had a definite time they would no longer allow us in so when I called this hotel and was told there was no time too late I couldn't believe it. I was told if the door was locked to ring the bell and he, the manager, would be there to check us in. That was just the first thing that set this hotel apart from the others. During our stay of four days the manager was always ready and willing to go above and beyond what we ever expected from a hotel manager based on our previous experience. We were very impressed and wouldn't stay anywhere else if our travels should take us back to that area.

Very polite-we arrived 1am and couldn't have had a better welcome. Clean rooms that actually smelled nice. Excellent price too!! Lot's of parking area. No backache from lumpy bed.

Room was good size and very clean. Hotel personnel were very friendly. Good rate compared to other lodging options. I visited in the off-season and the indoor pool / hot tub was closed. You have to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. Also, there is a waffle maker but it wasn't operating. TV screen was small. Shower head is low. I'm 5.5 and had to duck to wash my hair. One mattress was firm and the other soft. I was looking for a good nights rest and would stay here again.
