Never Again

My wife and I arrived at YOUR resort Sunday Nov. 8th in the late afternoon. Our room was at the far end of your property. We had booked our rooms through Liberty Travel back in April with a second couple. We asked to be next to them. NOT CLOSE. We asked if we could move, and the front desk said nothing was available. Funny, nothing available for a week???That was the first of many discrepancies in the written documentation that was provided to us by Liberty Travel. Complimentary golf, manicure, pedicure, and 24 hour room service, none of those were complimentary after our arrival. We attempted to schedule snorkeling on Tuesday and found out that nothing was available until Sunday, the day we were leaving. When inquiring as to why, the women was very unpleasant. To make matters worst, the boat was scheduled for the natural side on Thursday(ok), but had eight on Friday and two,,,yes two..on Saturday. No room for us??? We went as far as to ask for snorkeling gear to use from the shore. Not available. All out. My wife actually waited until the boat came in on Friday and got gear after they unloaded.. Not bad, eight sets coming off the boat and six sets already in use. For a resort this big, you are telling me that you only have 14 sets of snorkeling gear? The food service was painfully slow!! I didn't book a Breezes to spend time sitting waiting for lunch or dinner. Meals on average were 30 to 40 minutes to receive with one from the Italian eatery coming 55 minutes after ordering. Crown Royal was not readily available at most of your bars. The Crown Royal, which is the brand rye that I drink, was only available three out of the seven days. I've been to Breezes Bahamas and Curacao and enjoyed them. That was the reason to go back to a Breezes. But what I got was continuous aggravation. We go with friends each year. Their experience was even worse than ours. If there wasn't a storm in the Northeast of the US, both couples would have left your resort Thursday. Imagine, two couples that HAD raved about your resort now wanted to leave THREE DAYS EARLY. The island is nothing to speak about, the areas around your resort are nothing to speak about, and NOW your resort WILL BE something to speak about to all. A suggestion to you is that you remove all the"FOUR DIAMONDS AWARDS" you have hanging in the reception area. Breezes did not earn these. And by what I've experienced and heard, you should not be receiving any.
