Dirty, Dirty, Dirty! One bar of soap for vanity & bath! No refrigerator as promised only a empty cabinet where it should have been. Unfriendly staff. Parking a joke 39 rooms 15 spaces. We got the last one which was under a sewer pipe nest to a trash bin by unsecured alley exit. Was told if leave and no parking when we come back double park and leave key at desk! NO WAY. We told them we would stay that night (late) however was checking out for next day. Was told by desk clerk he had to check with manager in the morning a 48 hr. check out policy. So called continental breakfast a joke and place is too dirty to eat anything they set out. Think twice before you stay here. Dirty and bad area.

WORST place I have ever stayed at. Mircowave and/or refrig. available for $10.00 each per day. Towels and bed linen are totally worn. Parking is limited because owner and family members have taken up most of the parking. If this is reflective of the business practices of Ramade, I will not ever stay or recommend another Ramada property. Staff not friendly nor helpful with information about area. Name very mis-leading. Motel is located "within" the Marina area, not Fishermans' Wharf. Again, TOTAL DECEPTION.

Do not go in this hotel. The staff is no friendly, the bedding are dirty and the carpet is stinky. It is very noisy and unsafe. No elevator, limited parking... ...a very bad experience!

I don't even know where to start. From the sickening smell of ingrained smoke to the cigarette burns all over the furniture to the disinterested boy working the desk, this was among the worst hotel experiences in my life...and I've been to some pretty rotten ones. I mean, when you've got bed linens that are full of holes, carpets that seem like they are host to all manner of unsavory micro-organisms, you've got the makings of an unforgettable experience...in the worst possible way. My wife and I felt like we couldn't breathe and the staff was so rude and the whole city was sold out for Bay to Breakers so we couldn't go anywhere else. In retrospect, we should have slept on the streets...it would have been nicer. By the way, you only get one towel.

Limited cleanliness, limited quiet, limited towels, limited comfort, limited safety, limited scent...The only thing that was not limited was our repulsion by this motel. This place stank, literally. I don't know what that smell is, but it made me nausious. We checked out a half hour after getting there and my clothes still stunk when we got to the next hotel. There was a gap under our door. God only knows what could have gotten into our room. I did not feel safe leaving anything in that room. There was a plunger sitting next to the ice machine that still had toilet paper from the last use stuck to it. The man at the front desk was very kind though. However, that is not reason enough to stay here for any reason.

I was traveling with a group of 5. we had reservations for 2 rooms.After an overnight flight from Hawaii, we arrived at the hotel with 5 weary people (one handicapped 89-year-old) and 10 heavy bags only to discover that this hotel has no elevator! Of course we couldnt stay there,but still had to pay for the rooms for 1 night. Talk about adding insult to injury!! This experience has soured all of us on Ramada.

My wife and i stayed at the ramada on lombard a couple weeks ago. It was a surprise trip for my wife becuase she always wanted to visit S.F. We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and the room wasnt ready. We understood we had to wait some time so i asked for information about the area. The lady at the front desk couldnt even speak enlgish. She was not helpful at all and we had to find our way around town by ourselves. Our room was finally ready a couple hours later and there were many pieces of hair on the sheets. We had to check out the following day and had to relocate at another hotel. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a nice clean hotel to stay. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to Fisherman's warf.
