pool water was brown, ice machine broke, 1st stay alarm clock was busted, came back through no alarm clock they messed up my resevations that I set up 7 months prior to staying, Helen was NEVER at the front desk she was to busy messing with friends by the pool, and the truckers, what made me made was that they messed up my reservations, helen ( i think thats her name) acted like they did nothing wrong. what would we of done if there wasnt a room availiable?? the pool water wasnt clear and there was people swimming in it. I wouldnt even let my dog drink out of it if i had one. Helen acted like she didnt have a clue. basically i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy
