1. The staff was very rude. 2. This chain (as do many of the major hotel chains) posts discounts and special room deals on Roomsaver.com. However the front desk staff argued and did not want to give us the advertised price until we argued with them for a bit. 3. Gave us grief for having more than four people in the party. They were unable to understand the fact that the fifth person was also going to the same concert as we were and was looking to get a room of his own. 4. The stairs to the room were uneven and warped wood that made you feel as if you were going to fall off of them and face plant into the parking lot below 5. The room was clean but run down and had a musty smell 6. The hotel WiFi was password protected but the password was not given to us or printed in the hotel information booklet that was in the room. We had to call the rude and unhelpful front desk who very grudgingly gave us the password after asking for 5 minutes. 7. The beds were hard and rather less comfortable than the times we have gone camping on the ground while backpacking. 8. The key deposit was a bit of a surprise. If the locks were the old fashioned metal key and locks I could understand the $10 deposit for them. But when you are using a plastic card that costs less than 40 cents each (in lots of 1,000) and are often subsidized by the local restaurants who advertise by having their logo printed on the card, $10 is a little extreme. 9. The advertised breakfast was limited to toast, a rather sad looking bagel, juice and coffee that some woman had to put into the microwave to get to some level above room temperature.
