Relax Inn - Lake of the Ozarks, Osage Beach

Upon arrival, we saw a huge spider crawling on the curtains; there were dead bugs alongside baseboard of the wall; once white towels are very dingy (almost gray); the toilet runs after being flushed; the floors in the room and in the tub squeak and make one wonder if they are solid enough to hold an overweight person. It appears no one has cleaned behind the furnishings in quite some time. For what you get, it may be priced accordingly. If you want something nicer, stay at another chain.

Check in staff were friendly and quick, room was decent size, 1 KS bed, free high speed wireless, breakfast way more than adequate, the person taking care of the breakfast was on the ball and kept things fresh and appealing. Room very adequate in size as was the bathroom, stayed in room 220. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel was nice: clean, comfortable and convenient to the outlet mall and close to the restaurants. It sits on the main highway and is easy to find. The scenery is okay but the convenient location made up for that. Help at the front desk (Charles) went above and beyond with exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are attending coming to the lake area.

Spent Five Days here summer 2007 and had a wonderful time. The hotel has two very nice pools and is close to the Premium Outlets Mall, (only about half a mile), and many nice resturants. The staff were all very nice and quite helpful in giving directions and reccomendations to local attractions. We will most diffinitely be back!

Everything is old and dated. The bed liens were worn and torn sheets had holes (so thin you colud see the mattress, blanket was shredded on the in ends, box spring stained. The refrigerator sat on bricks, missing parts in the inside. Floor lamp leaning, broke at base, base of wall lamp cracked. Indoor pool area dirty. TV small, reception bad w/cable. This place was awful and I wouldn't recommend it!

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was pretty small but there was enough varity to find something to eat. The rooms were a little dated but clean. The beds were a little hard but nothing that would keep me from visiting again. This is a nice place to stay for people that are coming in for the weekend to shop or visit otherwise. We did not use either pool but they looked well maintained. I though the hotel was great value for the cost.
