The Floridian Hotel and Suites, Orlando

This place was so bad. there was a fire on our 3rd floor at 2 Am, the fire alarm when off the stop so we called the front desk the guy said it was a false alarm. a minute it when of again, so we gt up my boyfriend heard noises in the hall and when to look there was smoke on our floor, people trying to get out. we all got out save the people didnt know what was going out becasue the alarm would stop off and on and ther took a while to get out. the fire department came. we never saw any staffout side asking if everyone was ok, other people said they never whe nand to let people know to get out. thenext morning they didnt bother giving an explanation and apologize for the incident. the room was under my sisterinlaws name so she decided not to say anytihng since there alreday was a lady complaining, but if it was me i would had said something, the whole incident was horrible. we dont know what cause the fire or were the smoket was coming from guess it was not bad because we were allowed to get back in. he beds were ok. the closet was broken. the hall didnt have air so it smell like mold and cigarrets. we have stay at the hotel next to them the fairfield inn and the place was great, but then again i didnt make the reservation.

The hotel was horrible, the price and location is appealing but nothing is appealing about hard beds with bugs in them, broken toilets, holes in the bath tub and hallways that smell like old soiled carpet. Just Don't stay here!!!!!

This place is the third worst hotel I have ever been at in the US. It is very dirty, old, and not well maintained. The plumming fixture in the shower was not connected to the wall, the sheets were DIRTY , the phone was broken, and I was afraid to take my socks off. I actually only stayed the first nigh of my weeklong business trip. I switched hotels for the rest of the week, and I would not have stayed one night if I could have found another room when I arrived. Stay somewhere else!

I REALLY HAD A GOOD TIME , THE SERVICE IS EXECELLENT , SPECIALLY FRONT DESCK EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE BECAUSE I FELT LIKE IN MY HOME . I WANT TO SAY HELLO TO MINDE :YOU ARE PRETTY GOOD AND THANKS FOR ALL I KNOW I COULD SAY GOOD BYE BUT I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU. A BIG HUG KATHERIN
