In short this hotel does not live up to the standards for the Choice Hotels chain. Very shoddy, services, and amenities shown are not there. Staff was unhelpful, with the exception of a couple of the desk staff. Used reward points for part of stay, and had to have corporate assistance to get the checkout process cleared up. Part of hotel unsafe to be in. Those areas were cordoned off with safety tape, parts of the ceiling in the walkways had fallen off. If other hotels in the area had not been full, we would have left. Will not use this hotel again.
