Are you kidding me ??!!?

I had a reservation at this hotel, held by my credit card. Two weeks later the hotel cancelled my reservation without reason. Others in my group also had used thier credit cards to reserve rooms and thier rooms were also cancelled without notice or reason. When we called and spoke to the co owner and then the owner of the hotel on two seperate occassions, they both hung up on me. Customer service ?? I then called Days Inn corporate headquaters, I was told there was nothing they could/would do, I was told that I needed to attempt to deal with the hotel management. Even after I told the corporate people that I was hung up on, they still insisted that I deal with the hotel. The hotel has never explained what they did with my credit card information, they just took that information down and someone has that information.
