I stayed at the Grand Hinkley Inn last night in the Jacuzzi suite. First problem it was not what was described to me over the phone with the reservation center. They said it was one room with a tub large enough for two people to sit next to each other. It had a large bathtub with 6 jets that barley moved the water around. You could fit two people at opposite ends of it. Second problem only trash can is in the bathroom or the small entryway room, nothing in the largest room. Third, lights on dimmer switch don't dim. Must be the type of bulb, I don't know. Fourth, there are two TV's and two remote controls, neither of the remotes work. Fifth, I tried to find the book telling us what was available for amenities. IE restaurant hours etc. nothing in the bed room or living room.
Dont get me wrong the staff at the casino was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel staff didn't seem to care to much. I will NEVER stay at the Grand Hinkley Inn again. also the bed was hard as a ROCK.

We loved the character, and design of the Eagle Inn. The owners are very hospitable and friendly, and accommodating. The kids enjoyed playing many of the games they had there for them to play. The beds were extraordinarily comfortable. I haven't slept that good in quite a while! The breakfast was one of our favorite parts. Tobi is an accomplished cook, and makes the best breakfast! We look forward to visiting the Eagle Inn again!
