Sunburst Condominiums, Steamboat Springs

We were disappointed that the condo was not a little more up to date. The location was fine being on the bus route, our biggest problems were probably with the home owner. They were using half of the refrigerator space and had left notes about what not to touch or eat. That was kind of weird, since we have never experienced that before staying at other places so we felt like we were staying in someone elses home. The biggest complaint is that they kept some of our deposit. We were shocked because we actually felt the place looked better after we left than when we arrived. We cleaned toilets, vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen, stripped the beds, and started the laundry for the maid service but the owner said the maid had to clean the oven and that justified keeping $75.00!! We will not stay there again, there are better places for the same money.

What is nice about this place is you can go buy what you need and cook at your place. If you're on a budget, then this is a big plus!

I've been going here since I was 4 and I just love this place. So spacious and roomy. It makes you feel like your at home. It's close to town and the slopes. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Great place for families. I can't wait to go back.

Located within walking distance, ride the free bus, or drive within a 1/2 mile to mountain. Rooms are very spacious and open. Updated decor in all the condo rooms. Can accomodate alot of people in one room. Property has indoor hot tub,sauna, and shower facilities. Staff is professional and friendly. If you have any problems during your stay, they are quick to come help resolve the problem. This property feels like home!

These condos where very nice. The condo was trimmed in solid cherry wood, the entrance door had a beautiful stained glass inset. Very convienent to the slopes and everything else. I would recommend staying here.
