Cave Creek Tumbleweed Hotel, Cave Creek

Stay at the Tumbleweed Hotel, its great and walk 2 blocks to bull riding at the buffalo chip " REALL BULLS"!!!!!!!!!!!! My Kind of town, reall cowboy R&R thank you tumbleweed Hotel for a great stay .

We stayed at Tumbleweed Hotel when we attended a wedding in Cave Creek. The room was very nice and clean. Close to where we needed to be, and also convenient to other "attractions" in Cave Creek (Harold's, FlapJacks!!) We are from the southeast Valley so it was a great place to stay to avoid the long drive home. We are staying again for 4th of July weekend. Can't wait!! Thanks, Gary and Jeri - you were great hosts!

Filthy dirty rooms, carpets, beds, bathrooms. No housekeeping if you stay more than one day. A/C doesn't work well. No refunds, even if you cancel your reservation prior to staying you will be charged the FULL amount of your reservation. The pool is closed. The lobby closes at 8:00pm so don't accidently get locked out! No internet service and TV won't stay on. Phones only dial local numbers. Trust me, it's the worst hotel anywhere!

We loved and enjoyed our stay at the Tumbleweedhotel The rooms were very western and clean Staff was friendly and It was a true western Exs. and everything was in walking from the hotel. Thank You Tumbleweedhotel We would come there every time we go to AZ.

When I first checked in I expected it to be a great experience, But as soon as I walked into the room I started to sweat because the A.C. barley worked and it had a horrible smell. Later I went to the pool and it was not clean, the service was horrible, and there so called "famous" library that I was looking forward to seeing was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I would not recomend this hotel.

Having traveled all over the world the Tumbleweed Hotel is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was treated very poorly and am still fighting extra charges placed on my card. The service was horrible as was the condition of the room. For the price paid, $170.00 the stay should have been quiet, clean, and friendly. The service I received was the exact opposite. I will never stay there again and would not reccomend it to anyone.

I Loved our stay at the Tumbleweed Hotel. Why because it is the only Hotel located in the center of Cave Creek AZ. The rooms were very nice they had cute western themes in them all and the rooms were very Clean. I would chose to Stay at The Cave Creek Tumbleweed Hotel every time i come to Cave Creek.. Thank You Friends at the Tumbleweed.

The room was HOT when we arrived, the A/C barely worked. Drapes were sagging due to the fact that there were not enough hooks to keep them on the rods. Do not expect privacy when you you stay at this place. The person in charge watches everything and if there is anything that she does not comprehend, she is very quick to call your room, disrupt your stay and question you about anything in a very mean nasty way. I am not sure if I dealt with the owner or just a manager, but she did not conduct herself professionally. She yelled and screamed, with many obscenities thrown in for good measure. There were times when I felt physically threatened. Go onto the next place, or if you can't, sleep in your car rather than sleep here. Just a little side note. We moved to the Carefree Spa & Resort down the street. Same price, MUCH BETTER SERVICE, MUCH NICER ROOM!

Made reservations for 2 nights. Checked in first night and the room was poorly lit and very basic for price of 129.00. Stayed in room for 2 hours and it was so hot we could not stay in the room; Asked for a refund and was promptly told no way! Not only were we charged for 1 night but both nights even though we cancelled the 2nd night. Still fighting the bill!

Each and every night we were awakened after the bars closed by the people in rooms next to us...even ear plugs didn't help! Very poor room lighting, tiny towels, had to ask for toliet paper! I'll NEVER return!
