The room was in very poor condition; the bathroom smelled the drapes were dirty; the window was streaked, etc... I entering the room a.c. was turned off, had to be 100 in the room. It was obvious the room hadn't been cleaned. There was dirt on the floor. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there was hair on the floor, and shower was nasty. A roach was crawling on the bedroom wall. I complained to management and to the front desk and nothing was done about it. I will not give them a second chance.

I spent 4 days, paid for the 4 days and left. The following Tuesday, I check my online bank account to discover an additional room charge. It was obvious they were in error so I call them to reverse the charge and here it is 4 days later and there was not a reversal on my account. I wonder how many people never check their VISA accounts! I was left with only $1.99 in my bank and if an auto payment occurs, then I lose bank charges! I won't go there again.

I stayed for one night after a football game. I got the cheapest hotel I could find in Tallahassee on Priceline. The location is good if you just need a place to stay while traveling I10. Since I was going to the game, the location was pretty far and the street sign it's on is near impossible to see. I was expecting more, but overall I would recommend this hotel.

We liked the location and cable TV choices, but not having hot water was a definite turnoff. The room floor was damp and the wallpaper was mildewed.
